These terms explain how VillaHandle works, what’s allowed, and our strict adherence to child safety policies.

Child Safety Standards (CSAE Policy)

VillaHandle enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

The safety of minors is our highest priority. We explicitly prohibit the creation, uploading, sharing, promotion, or requesting of any content that exploits, endangers, or sexualizes children. By using our platform, you agree strictly to these safety standards:

  • Immediate Termination: Any account found violating this policy will be permanently banned immediately without notice or right to appeal.
  • Law Enforcement Reporting: We actively monitor for and report all instances of CSAM/CSAE to relevant law enforcement agencies globally, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), and preserve data for criminal investigations.
  • User Reporting: If you encounter any content violating these standards, use the in-app reporting tools immediately or contact our dedicated safety team directly at safety@villahandle.com.

1) Acceptance

By accessing or using VillaHandle, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2) Eligibility

You must follow applicable laws in your location. You are responsible for compliance with local rules relating to online services and payments.

3) Your Account

  • Provide accurate registration information.
  • Keep your password and login details secure.
  • Do not impersonate others or misrepresent identity.

Escrow + Safe Payments

Where escrow is used, funds may be held until a product/service is delivered or a session is completed based on platform rules.

4) Marketplace, Services & Content

  • Creators may offer paid content, paid streams, paid calls, products, gigs, and services.
  • Buyers must review listings carefully before paying.
  • Disputes may be handled using platform evidence (chat, delivery proof, timestamps, etc.).

5) Prohibited Use

  • Fraud, scams, phishing, malware, or attempting to compromise accounts.
  • Harassment, threats, hate, exploitation, or non-consensual content.
  • Illegal activities or content that violates laws.
  • Attempting to bypass payments, escrow, or security systems.

6) Enforcement

We may suspend or ban accounts, lock features, or restrict access to protect users and platform integrity.

7) Fees & Wallet

Some features may include fees (withdrawal fees, creator tools, paid upgrades). Fees (where applicable) are displayed in the platform experience.

8) Limitation of Liability

VillaHandle is provided “as is”. We are not liable for losses caused by misuse, third-party actions, or user-to-user disputes beyond what the platform dispute tools allow.
