These terms explain how VillaHandle works, what's allowed, and our strict adherence to child safety policies and platform integrity.

Child Safety Standards (CSAE Policy)

VillaHandle enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

The safety of minors is our highest priority. We explicitly prohibit the creation, uploading, sharing, promotion, or requesting of any content that exploits, endangers, or sexualizes children.

  • Immediate Termination: Any account found violating this policy will be permanently banned immediately without notice or right to appeal.
  • Law Enforcement Reporting: We actively monitor for and report all instances of CSAM/CSAE to relevant law enforcement agencies globally, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), and preserve data for criminal investigations.
  • User Reporting: If you encounter any content violating these standards, use the in-app reporting tools immediately or contact safety@villahandle.com.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VillaHandle, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.

2. Eligibility & Compliance

You must be of legal age to use this platform in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations relating to online services and payments in your location.

Account Security

Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

3. Your Account

  • Accurate Information: Provide true, accurate, and current registration details.
  • Password Security: Keep your password and login details completely secure and private.
  • Identity: Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
  • Age Requirement: You must be 18+ to use monetary, escrow, and gig features.

4. Marketplace, Services & Content

Creators may offer paid content, live streams, paid calls, digital/physical products, gigs, and services. All transactions are subject to platform rules and terms.

  • Buyer Responsibility: Review all listings carefully before making a purchase.
  • Escrow Protection: Where escrow is used, funds are held until a product/service is delivered or a session is completed.
  • Dispute Resolution: Disputes are handled using platform evidence (chat, delivery proof, timestamps, etc.).

Escrow Guardian System

Our escrow system protects both buyers and sellers by holding funds securely until transaction conditions are met.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use VillaHandle for:

  • Fraud & Scams: Fraudulent schemes, phishing, malware, or attempting to compromise accounts.
  • Abuse & Harassment: Harassment, threats, hate speech, exploitation, or non-consensual content.
  • Illegal Activities: Any activity or content that violates applicable laws.
  • System Abuse: Attempting to bypass payments, escrow, security systems, or platform features.
  • Intellectual Property: Infringing on copyrights, trademarks, or proprietary rights of others.

6. Enforcement & Suspension

We may suspend or permanently ban accounts, lock features, restrict access, or take other enforcement actions at our discretion to protect users and platform integrity.

  • Violations of these terms may result in immediate account termination.
  • We reserve the right to investigate reported violations thoroughly.
  • Repeat offenders will face permanent platform bans.

7. Fees, Wallet & Payments

Some features may include withdrawal fees, creator tools, or paid upgrades. All applicable fees are clearly displayed in the platform. VillaHandle does not guarantee uninterrupted service or profit from your activities.

8. Limitation of Liability

VillaHandle is provided "as is". We are not liable for losses caused by user misuse, third-party actions, network outages, or user-to-user disputes beyond what our platform dispute tools allow. By using this platform, you acknowledge and accept these limitations.

9. Data & Privacy

Your use of VillaHandle is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our commitment to protecting user information.
