Terms, Conditions & Safety Standards

These terms explain how VillaHandle works, what is allowed on the platform, our strict child safety policies, and the boundaries of our responsibility as a connection and tools provider.

Child Safety Standards (CSAE Policy)

VillaHandle enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

The safety of minors is our highest priority. We explicitly prohibit the creation, uploading, sharing, promotion, or solicitation of any content that exploits, endangers, or sexualises children.

  • Immediate Termination: Any account found violating this policy will be permanently banned without notice or right to appeal.
  • Law Enforcement Reporting: We actively monitor for and report all instances of CSAM/CSAE to relevant global law enforcement agencies, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), and preserve all data for criminal investigations.
  • Report It Now: If you encounter any content that violates these standards, use the in-app reporting tools immediately or contact safety@villahandle.com.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VillaHandle, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time with reasonable notice.

2. Eligibility & Compliance

You must be of legal age to use this platform in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable local, national, and international laws relating to online services, payments, and commerce in your location.

Account Security

Keep your login credentials secure. You are fully responsible for all activities conducted under your account.

3. Your Account

  • Accurate Information: Provide true, accurate, and current registration details at all times.
  • Password Security: Keep your password and login credentials completely confidential.
  • Identity: Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
  • Age Requirement: You must be 18 or older to use monetary, escrow, and gig features.

4. Marketplace, Services & Content

Creators may offer paid content, live streams, paid consultations, digital and physical products, gigs, and professional services. All transactions are subject to platform rules and these terms.

  • Buyer Responsibility: Review all listings carefully before making any purchase.
  • Escrow Protection: Where escrow is used, funds are held until a product or service is delivered or a session is completed.
  • Dispute Resolution: Disputes are handled using platform evidence — chat history, delivery proof, timestamps, and supporting documentation.

Escrow Guardian System

Our escrow system protects both buyers and sellers by holding funds securely until all agreed transaction conditions are satisfied.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use VillaHandle for:

  • Fraud & Scams: Fraudulent schemes, phishing, malware distribution, or attempts to compromise accounts or the platform.
  • Abuse & Harassment: Harassment, threats, hate speech, exploitation, or non-consensual content of any kind.
  • Illegal Activities: Any activity or content that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction or internationally.
  • System Abuse: Attempting to bypass payments, escrow, security systems, or any platform feature.
  • Intellectual Property: Infringing on the copyrights, trademarks, or proprietary rights of others.

Marketplace, Classified Ads & Logistics Disclaimer

VillaHandle is a connection and tools platform. Our role is to provide the infrastructure, technology, and features that enable buyers, sellers, freelancers, and businesses to find each other, communicate, and transact — nothing more.

We are not a logistics company, courier service, fulfilment provider, or delivery agent. VillaHandle bears absolutely no responsibility for the physical or digital delivery of any product purchased through our Marketplace, Classified Ads, or Escrow features. All matters relating to delivery, shipping, handling, logistics, product condition upon arrival, or fulfilment timelines are strictly between the buyer and the seller.

  • Buyer–Seller Agreement: By completing a transaction on VillaHandle, both parties acknowledge that any arrangement concerning delivery, shipping costs, fulfilment method, or timeline is an independent agreement between themselves.
  • No Delivery Guarantee: Villahandle Global Ventures Ltd does not guarantee, insure, track, or otherwise supervise the movement of any goods or services exchanged between users of the platform.
  • Platform Role Only: Our responsibility is limited strictly to providing secure payment processing, escrow protection, dispute management tools, and a trusted environment for connection — not to the outcome of any offline or physical transaction.
  • Escrow & Disputes: While our escrow system holds funds until delivery confirmation is submitted, the accuracy of that confirmation and all logistics are the responsibility of the transacting parties. VillaHandle makes no independent verification of physical delivery.
  • No Third-Party Liability: We are not liable for losses arising from delivery failure, damaged goods, delayed shipments, or any dispute regarding the physical state of a product post-transaction. Users are strongly encouraged to use trusted, trackable delivery services and communicate clearly within the platform before completing any transaction.

By using the VillaHandle Marketplace, Classified Ads, or Escrow services, you expressly acknowledge and accept that Villahandle Global Ventures Ltd has no involvement in, and accepts no liability for, any logistics, delivery, or fulfilment activity that arises from transactions conducted on this platform.

6. Enforcement & Suspension

We may suspend or permanently ban accounts, lock features, restrict access, or take other enforcement actions at our discretion to protect users and platform integrity.

  • Violations of these terms may result in immediate account termination without prior notice.
  • We reserve the right to investigate all reported violations thoroughly and impartially.
  • Repeat offenders will face permanent platform bans with no right to reinstatement.

7. Fees, Wallet & Payments

Some features include withdrawal fees, creator tool subscriptions, or paid upgrades. All applicable fees are clearly displayed within the platform before any action is taken. VillaHandle does not guarantee uninterrupted service or profit from your activities on the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

VillaHandle is provided "as is". We are not liable for losses caused by user misuse, third-party actions, network outages, user-to-user disputes, or logistics and delivery failures. By using this platform you acknowledge and accept these limitations in full.

9. Data & Privacy

Your use of VillaHandle is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our commitment to protecting your information.
